We work with local real estate professionals to help you find the right lot in the right location and make sure the site has everything to fulfill your needs
Plan & Design
We also work with Albuquerque's top architects to design your home to custom fit your style and needs. Once we have reached a retaining agreement, we will get down to the details to create a plan with the architect to fit your every need and desire while staying within your cost parameters.
Specification & Detail List
Every custom home has its own set of specifications that makes it truly unique. While this can get complicated we list every detail out including tile, cabinetry, drywall texture, light fixtures, countertops, etc. this way everyone is on the same page and there is no confusion during the process.
Home Construction
We handle all aspects of construction, from serving as the point of contact for all subcontractors, consultants, vendors and city inspectors to resolving issues as they arise. We make sure all of our subcontractors follow the correct procedures to ensure we pass all city inspections as well as build to the highest level of quality. Each new home, depending on size, takes us an average of 5-7 months to complete from the day we break ground to the day we get our final inspection and the home is move in ready.
